Process
Kickoff & Discovery
We start by pinpointing your precise goals and project requirements. We dive into the creative direction and your business targets, locking in crucial logistics like scope, timeline, and budget from day one.
Creative Strategy
Building on the insights gathered during Discovery, we flesh out the video's core concept and storyline. We define the visual style and art direction, analyzing successful references to deliver a highly optimized creative proposal.
Pre-Production
We translate the approved concept into a detailed production roadmap. We assemble a team of specialized experts for each phase of the pipeline and structure a comprehensive schedule. By developing style frames and animatics, we visualize the narrative flow early on, ensuring a seamless and optimized process for a high-quality final product.
Execution & Production
Full-scale production begins, executing the roadmap established during pre-production. We conduct continuous testing and quality assurance (QA) to ensure strict alignment with the approved creative direction.
Every step of the pipeline is meticulously managed to maintain peak quality, allowing us to proactively address and resolve any unexpected variables.
Post-Production & Polish
This is where we bring the final vision to life. We elevate the video’s detail and polish by integrating compositing, color grading, visual effects, and sound design. Throughout this phase, we share work-in-progress (WIP) versions to integrate your feedback, refining the piece until it achieves uncompromising quality.
